ACTIVITIES WEEK 2025

Activities Week is a fine Balcarras tradition going all the way back to our opening year in 1986-87. This year was a vintage occasion with so many trips and activities going out.

The following residential trips went out:

Year 12 to Berlin
Year 9 to Battlefields in France/Belgium
Year 9 to camp at Viney Hill
Year 7 to Paris
Year 12 Gold D of E to Dartmoor

For those pupils not on residentials he week started with curriculum themed activities on the Monday and Tuesday. Y7 were in art and RE, Year 8 in drama, science and music, while Year 9 had an aspirations day at Gloucestershire university on the Monday. On Tuesday their activities were themed around maths and English.
