The Year 7 Hockey Team have followed in the footsteps of the Under 16 team by progressing to the Regional Finals. Our girls were in fine form as they stormed through the District Tournament emerging from the group stage undefeated before beating Dean Close in the semi-final and losing the final on flicks to Kings School Gloucester. 

Excitement is growing in the school that this team could one day make it all the way to the National Finals. Their coach Miss Davies commented: “these girls are a pleasure to work with and I have rarely seen a better camaraderie and togetherness…..they are a brilliant team.” Headteacher Mr Burke commented: “I’ve a feeling I might need to buy a new suit to attend the Nationals!”
