On Tuesday 29^th November about 25 Balcarras staff took part in the annual mince pie making for the Christmas Carol concert on Wednesday 30^th November. This long standing Balcarras tradition has been organised by Mrs Saunders for many, many years. Some long-standing stalwarts such as Mr Davidson and Mrs Atkin turned up as did debutants including Mrs Ford, Miss Searle and Mr Linnell. If you would like to sample the culinary skills of the Balcarras staff then you must attend the carol concert on Wednesday.
