Dear parents/guardians

If your child is participating in the go karting and laserquest, then I need you to fill in the booking forms below please asap. 

Please be aware of the day that your child is actually attending the go karting to ensure you have filled in the correct day. 

If your child has forgotten which day they are doing the go karting, there is a list of their chosen activities in their tutor room.

These forms do need to be filled in please before the event.
