Members of Year 13 were invited to a cultural gala in Cheltenham which marked launch of the Sochi International Film Festival and Awards (SIFFA). During the event there was an introduction from the Russian Ambassador, a presentation about the town of Sochi and a screening of a film about the life of Dostoevsky. A great afternoon was spent meeting other Russian-speakers and learning about the film awards. Year 13 Russian students are pictured here with Lyuba Balagova, the founder of SIFFA.
