On Wednesday, the Balcarras KS4 boys squash team travelled to Wycliffe College to play in the first round of the National Schools Squash Competition.

The team won their first match against Sir Thomas Rich's School 5-0 with some strong play and skill displayed!

Following this, the team played the decider against Wycliffe. Some very close matches followed, and the team just lost 3-2. 

Nonetheless, the top two from the group progress to the next round where we await our next opponents. 

Well done to Sam Terrell, Sam Heys, Will Heys, Thomas Naylor, and Daniel Longley.
