The Annual Inter-Form relay once again provided every tutor group with the opportunity to pit their speed and teamwork against each other over 2 laps of the athletics track. The format was slightly tweaked this year with a handicap system introduced to give the younger years more of a chance. After several rounds of fantastic races 8G1, 8G2, 9S1 and the defending champions 10S1 progressed to the final.

A huge crowd witnessed an epic race to decide the destination of the trophy. Roared on by an impressive year 8 contingent 8G1 took the lead for the first time with under 200m to go and just managed to hold off 10S1 and 8G2 to take an impressive victory.  Congratulations to 8G1 and well done to everyone who took part - this event is developing into a great addition to the sports calendar at Balcarras.
