DofE Bronze expedition

DofE Bronze goes successfully for over 100 pupils in Year 10

106 Y10 bronze DofE students completed their expedition over 2 days. Students walked from Broadway Tower to Hayles Fruit Farm where they camped for the night. There was rain but everyone was in high spirits. Despite students being in bed by 10pm, Mr Butlers snoring kept everyone awake. The following day, students left camp and made their way up to Cleeve Hill. The students had collected a lot of things along the way; blisters, sticks, an affinity for poorly cooked pasta - but most of all, memories. I'm glad everyone had a great time. A huge thank you to the staff involved for giving their weekend to run the expedition
