We are delighted to congratulate two Balcarras School Young Enterprise teams for their exceptional achievements at the Young Enterprise County Final, held on Tuesday, 17 March.

The event took place at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester, where thirteen teams from across Gloucestershire and Wiltshire competed in six categories: Sustainability, Best Presentation, Technology, Customer Service, Innovation, Marketing, and Best Overall Company.

Both Balcarras teams performed exceptionally well throughout the competition. After submitting detailed company reports, each team presented and pitched their business ideas to a panel of judges.

Team CuppaByCalm impressed the judges with their strong brand and strategy, proudly winning the Marketing Award.

Team Grounded achieved outstanding success, securing the prestigious title of Best Overall Company.

As county champions, Team Grounded will now go on to represent Gloucestershire at the South West Company of the Year Final in Taunton on 5 May. We wish them the very best of luck as they compete for the regional title.
