Over 200 staff gather for Annual Trust Conference. 

On Friday 28^th November teachers and staff from across the Balccarras Trust gathered for the annual teaching and learning conference. This year's theme was Quality First Teaching and the keynote speaker was Laura Spence from the Gloucestershire Research School. Laura gave delegates a rundown on the latest educational research and implored colleagues to keep reading and interacting with the latest material. There was also a talk from the Trust's CEO Helen Wood. After the main sessions, colleagues attended one of a number of workshops delivered by staff from across the Trust. There was also an opportunity for departments to meet with their counterparts from other schools. It was a great opportunity, not just to learn and refresh, but also to catch up with colleagues from across the trust. Balcarras is very grateful to those colleagues who organised the day.
