Please can I trouble you to fill out the forms sent to you via email early last week. If you have pre-booked a theatre ticket, there is no need to put this as a choice, this will be taken into account. 

If your child is on a residential, you will not get a letter as they are already out of school. 

The cut off date for this is the 22nd May. 

Some parents have found this in their junk folder, so can you please double check this.
