After running some successful 'Swap shop' events for clothing we have now taken our clothes recycling on to the next level. We have installed a clothing recycling bin on the school site. This takes unwanted clothes and helps make the school money. This money is going to go back into green projects around the school.

Every year £140m worth of clothing ends up in landfill in the UK. By recycling this, this means that these items are reused, which means less use of energy and resources. If you would like to make a donation to this bin then send it in with your child, it can be found near the back beeches gate. We are after clean clothes, paired shoes and handbags.
