On Tuesday 29^th January Balcarras hosted its first Lead LIVE event in collaboration with Innovate Education.  The event focussed on ‘the quintessential event in reducing teacher workload’ and guests were invited to a morning of innovation, exploring ways in which teacher workload can be reduced whilst teaching and learning outcomes are maximised. Guests were also joined by 10 innovative education providers, who provided advice, resources and assistant on dealing with the issue of teacher workload.
