Pupils become the teachers
Year 8 and 9 pupils taught languages to primary children at Glenfall school
On Wed 28th February 14 pupils from Year 8 and 9 spent the morning at Glenfall Primary School to take part in a Languages Day. The pupils planned short lessons for pupils in Year 1 - Year 6 to teach them about the language and culture of France, Germany and Russia. The sessions included lots of games, as well as some singing and dancing. The Balcarras pupils, who are members of the 'Language Leaders Club', really enjoyed the experience and have learnt how rewarding (and tiring!) teaching can be. We would like to thank Glenfall Primary School for hosting us.
