Last Thursday evening, 3 Year 11 geographers represented Balcarras at Dean Close School to participate in the inaugural GlosGeog WorldWise quiz. This is a geographical quiz made up of 7 rounds, organised by the Gloucestershire branch of the Geographical Association. 

Lily, Tegan and Max represented Balcarras really well, showing great geographical knowledge, skills and enthusiasm. Unfortunately we were runners up this time, but everyone had a wonderful evening and Lily, Tegan and Max each received a laser cut wooden badge in recognition of their efforts.
